Koyo USA Bottling plant is located at the NEHLA (Natural Energy Laboratory Hawaii Authority), in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Our plant currently produces 600 bottles per minute and has the capability to produce 750,000 bottles per day!
We are the largest deep sea bottling plant in the world.

From the bottom of the sea to our state-of-the-art processing facility and then, from our own bottle manufacturing plant next door, the water is placed into the custom-designed bottles, reflecting the unique spirit of Hawaii by incorporating images of palm trees and perfect waves.
